This Privacy Policy explains how Addiction Recovery Legal Service, LLC, doing business as Marchman Act Legal Clinic ("MALC," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information you provide during account registration and intake, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details related to your legal matter. We also collect payment information through our third-party payment processor (LawPay) — we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide legal services, communicate with you about your case (including by email, phone, and text message), process payments, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Mobile Information & Text Messaging (SMS)

No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with, sold to, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

We use the mobile number you provide at sign-up solely to send you service (transactional) notifications about your own case — such as case updates, hearing reminders, document requests, and payment confirmations. We do not send marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your case activity. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe. For full details, see our SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Consent.
