Our website provides information about the Florida Marchman Act and allows eligible individuals to begin the process of retaining legal representation. Use of this website does not, by itself, create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship is formed only upon execution of a written representation agreement and payment as described therein.

Electronic Communications & Text Messaging

Text messaging is part of your legal service; message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Electronic Signatures

You agree that electronic signatures, acceptances, and records are valid and enforceable under the federal E-SIGN Act and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (UETA), and that agreements you accept electronically are binding to the same extent as handwritten signatures.

Payments

Fees are described in your representation agreement and are processed through our third-party payment processor. Except as stated in your representation agreement, fees are non-refundable.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
