Flat-Fee Pricing
Two flat-fee packages for full attorney representation on a Florida Marchman Act petition. Each figure below is the complete total, and each is paid in full at engagement. The 15-minute intake call is free.
Tier 1 — Standard — $2,995 total

We draft and file your petition in the appropriate Florida county, prepare you and your witnesses, and your attorney appears at every hearing before the General Magistrate or the Circuit Court through the services hearing. Tier 1 closes once the court rules on the services order.
Tier 2 — Comprehensive — $4,895 total

Everything in Tier 1, and then we stay on the case for the full 90 days: status hearings to monitor compliance, coordination with the treatment provider, and, where the provider recommends continued treatment, the pleadings and the hearing asking the court to extend the order.
Costs and expenses. The $50 non-refundable cost advance is included in every total on this page. It covers case operating costs, including court filing fees. Private process server fees are the one exception. Nothing above the advance is ever incurred without your authorization.
Both tiers are paid in full at engagement. The firm does not offer instalments or payment plans.
Upgrades and contempt
A Tier 1 client whose services order has been entered may upgrade to Tier 2 for $1,500, with no new cost advance. If a respondent does not comply with an existing order, contempt is a separate engagement: $2,995 total for new and Tier 1 clients, or $1,995 total for existing Tier 2 clients. Both contempt figures include the $50 advance.

This firm was built for one kind of case. And what the fee buys is representation, not help with paperwork: an attorney appears in court for you.
